Blue River Home Health, all of our clinical positions are PRN (Pro Re Nata / As-Needed). This model allows you to build a flexible schedule that perfectly balances your personal life, family commitments, or your current full-time job. Because our services span multiple generations—from newborn support to acute recovery and long-term disability care—our PRN staff can choose the specific shifts and cases that align best with their unique skills and personal calling.

  • Alternate Administrator PRN only
  • Alternate Clinical Nurse Supervisor PRN only

  • Registered Nurses (RNs) PRN only

  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) PRN only

  • Home Health Aides PRN only

  • Physical Therapists (PTs) PRN only

  • Occupational Therapists (OTs) PRN only

  • Social Workers PRN only

  • Case Managers PRN only
